Dana Pavese, Ed.S., LPC specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which emphasizes the important role of how thoughts impact feelings and behaviors. She also incorporates Solution-Focused Therapy and Play Therapy (when working with children) into her practice.

We will work together in a comfortable, safe, supportive, respectful and non-judgemental atmosphere. As a team, we will begin to deepen understanding, reduce stress, create better ways of coping, promote healing, and structure changes that will allow for improved behavior, greater balance and happiness.
